PLAN #1 - Selling Your Home Only
The Commission Rate on the sale of your home is 4.9% of the Sale Price at Closing. (No Up-Front Fees). GRAWE Real Estate retains 1.9% of the Sale Price at Closing, and pays 3% to the Company/Agent working with the Buyer of your home. All Homes are Listed For Sale through the Cedar Rapids Area Multiple Listing Service, REALTOR.com, Skogman.com cbhrealty.com, IowaRealty.com, GraweRealEstate.com and other Local Real Estate Offices Web Sites. There is no obligation to work with GRAWE Real Estate in the Purchase of Your Replacement Home.
PLAN #2 - Selling Your Home &
Purchasing a New or Existing Home
The Commission Rate on the Sale of Your Home shall be 3.9% of the Sale Price at Closing, provided that you work with GRAWE Real Estate in the purchase of a new/existing home. The Home to be purchased must be Actively Listed for Sale through the Cedar Rapids Area MLS (any company) and closing on the home to be purchased, must be no later than 10 days after the closing on the sale of your present home. The Purchase Price of the home to be purchased, must be "equal to or greater than" the value of your home being sold. Certain home listed for sale with the MLS, may not qualify. Call for Details.
PLAN #3 - 7% of Sale Price
The Commission Rate on the Sale of Your Home, will be 7% of the Sale Price, when GRAWE Real Estate Co accepts a Home on Trade, to facilitate the Sale of Your Present Home. GRAWE Real Estate Co will guarantee a Home on Trade up to 100% of the Current Market Value. Closing in as little as 30 days. Call for details.
